Eat what is growing in front of your feet! A brand-new course combining plant based cooking and foraging. Being a gardener, forager, herbalist and a baker means Gaby’s plant based cooking has many influences. In this hands-on course Gaby will not only focus on whole, unprocessed and seasonal foods, but also on wild foods to create exciting and tasty dishes. Includes a short foraging walk at Neantóg to identify and harvest wild foods, which will be incorporated into dishes for lunch.  Anybody with food intolerances will greatly benefit from this course as you will also learn about excluding, dairy, yeast, gluten and sugar from your diet. Some recipes will be demonstrated and you will prepare lunch together. Recipes supplied.
