Consultation

Your first appointment at Neantog lasts 60-90 minutes. During this time I will ask questions about your present condition, medical history, diet and lifestyle, together with any conventional treatments that you may be taking. Towards the end of the consultation I will take your blood pressure, pulse rate and use tongue diagnosis. If required, pathology testing such as hair, stool or blood analysis may be recommend. I often refer my patients to get a ‘Food intolerance test’.

Once all of the information is gathered, I formulate a treatment that addresses all areas of your lifestyle to give your body the optimum chance to heal itself. Your customised treatment plan may include advice on diet, lifestyle, exercise, herbal medicine, homeopathic treatments and other remedies. Additional treatments such as Reiki and Relexology can also be suggested; some of these are available at Neantog and others through referral to other qualified practitioners (such as osteopaths & acupuncturists).

Naturopathy

Your initial naturopathy consultation costs €65 which includes the development of your personal treatment plan. A follow-up consultation lasting 30-45 minutes to discuss the treatment plan and progress after 2-4 weeks costs €50. Follow-up telephone conversations can be arranged at a cost of €20 for up to 20 minutes. Herbs recommended including tinctures, herbal teas or capsules will be an additional cost.
