Rowan Berry Ice Cream

Rowan berries are very rich in Vitamin C and can be also added dried to muesli or stews or used in teas.

1 cup frozen rowan berries

1 cup frozen bananas

¼ cup agave syrup or honey

¼ cup milk (or rice, almond or oats  milk)

¼ cup cream (or dairy free nut or oats cream or coconut cream)

½ tsp vanilla

1. In a food processor pulse frozen berries until chopped finely.

2. Add bananas, sweetener of your choice while the fruits are processing

3. Add milk and cream (dairy or non-dairy) and vanilla.

4. Process until mixture is of ice cream consistency

5. Serve immediately
