Classic Pina Collada (alcohol free)

Classic Pina colada
Piña colada is a sweet cocktail made with rum, coconut cream or coconut milk, and pineapple juice, usually served either blended or shaken with ice. It may be garnished with either a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, or both. This is the alcohol free version!

  • 4 ounces/100ml coconut cream or coconut kefir

  • 4 ounces/100ml pineapple juice

  • 2 cups ice

  • 2 slices pineapple and/or cherries for garnish

  • Drizzle of apple, maple or agave syrup

  1. Put the coconut cream or kefir, ice, and pineapple juice in a blender. This drink comes together quickly when you add all the ingredients at once. ...

  3. Pour it into two - four glasses. ...

  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry and a drizzle of chosen syrup.

Note Use a metal, glass or recycable nylon straw or a real oat straw.
