This new course will feature many plant based recipes with a focus on the upcoming festive season. Expect a mix of practical sessions (participants prepare their lunch together) and demonstrations with lots of tastings and all recipes supplied. Dishes might include seasonal soups, nut roast, spicy koftas, burgers and wraps, salads, flaxseed crackers and various dips as well as breadsticks and wholemeal roles, a light dried fruit and nut loaf, bear paw cookies and desserts. (A more specific timetable will be issued at the beginning of November!)
Gaby will highlight the importance of whole, unprocessed and seasonal foods. Anyone with food intolerances will greatly benefit from this course as dairy, yeast-, gluten-, and sugar free options will be shown.
